Ilda brings a calm confidence and a wide-ranging skill set to her role as Office Manager. She’s the behind-the-scenes force who keeps everything moving—overseeing day-to-day operations, supporting the team, and creating a seamless experience for every patient who walks through our doors. Her ability to lead with both structure and empathy makes her an essential part of what makes our practice feel so grounded and intentional.
Having worked alongside Dr. Lazare for several years, Ilda has built strong, lasting relationships with our patients—making everyone feel welcomed, supported, and genuinely cared for. She’s also the creative force behind many of our marketing initiatives, using her keen eye for design and love of storytelling to bring the Lazare brand to life in meaningful, visually thoughtful ways.
Outside the office, Ilda enjoys nurturing her creative side—whether through design projects, new experiences, or time spent in nature with family and friends.
