I live in NJ & commute via bus into NYC to see Dr. Lazare. He was the only dentist out of 3 dentists I saw that listened, showed me helpful images/technology I had never seen before & also gave me a specific plan of action on treating a painful tooth that already had two 're'-fillings (I couldn't chew on the left side of my mouth for almost a year!). Dr. Lazare is out of network for me however, he & his team thoroughly reviewed my payment estimates & in my particular situation, I was able to experience best case scenario with minimal OOP. During the procedure he took numerous photos of how the tooth looked before, during & after the old filling was removed (see example attached). I was blown away with these images as my original dentist of 5 years had only ever shown me black & white Xray images. After the procedure, I came back for a couple of adjustments but my tooth is making a gradual recovery & I've been able to slowly eat on my left side again. Since then, I have also returned for a routine cleaning & thorough examination. I highly recommend Dr. Lazare & his team as he is now the only dentist I trust.
