What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in dentistry.
Outgoing, personable, and confident communicator who enjoys engaging with patients.
Proficiency with digital technology; iTero scanning experience is a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a boutique practice setting.
Professional, compassionate, and team-oriented attitude.
Interest in learning advanced biomimetic and minimally invasive techniques.
What You’ll Do
Provide expert chairside assistance during a variety of procedures, ensuring patient comfort and seamless workflow.
Anticipate the needs of the doctor and team to deliver a smooth and efficient clinical experience.
Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain a pristine, organized environment.
Take digital x-rays, impressions, and scans (iTero experience preferred).
Communicate warmly and professionally with patients, helping them feel at ease throughout their visit.
Support biomimetic and aesthetic treatment workflows with accuracy and attention to detail.
Assist with occasional administrative and coordination tasks to support overall office flow.
